Our core investment criteria is:

• Focused on equity and quasi-equity investments but flexible in regard to structuring to fit the circumstances of a specific investment opportunity.

• Open to various ownership structures, including complete buyouts, majority investments with significant participation by management team, and minority investments (10% or greater) in the right circumstances.

• Businesses with a demonstrated track record and well-established market.
